    WiFi at the track...

Lately ive had a hard time getting reliable wifi signal at the track... has anyone had good luck picking up a strong signal up there? I am typically parked with my camper down between the T1/T2 area just inside the camping fence. Is there a better spot that I might be able to get some signal inside my camper?

Im thinking about coming up a little bit early and doing the work from home thing from the track and NEED reliable wireless as tethering gets old quick if its an all day deal.

    Thanks guys!

    -Lou

I've been getting a fine signal over by the Center Garages.

Lou the closer you get to the media center building, the stronger that signal gets. Even in my camper though(parked right outside the Pirelli garage), I need an external antenna to get reliable wifi.

hmm can you recommend said external antenna? What product would I be looking for? I was assuming the bad signal might have something to do with being inside of a metal box. But if its raining I wont be outside. Is the wifi out of the media center? Maybe a clever positioning of my camper will help with that IF I can get setup for reliable wifi, I might pop up Wed night, work remotely from the track Thursday, then pop up to laconia to raise some hell Thursday night then work the races Friday Sat and Sun. Sounds like a great plan to me...

    Thanks guys.

I don't remember what brand it is, it's actually Graham's. I'll take a look when I get home this evening and let you know.
