    At my age, it's huge. I'm going to try Yoga when I get a chance.

    I still play competitive hockey and lacrosse so I really need these other exercises and stretching to keep everything in balance - along with ice and ibuprofin....

    Do you have a Wii?

    My wife does yoga with the Wii and I do the Pilates workout.

    And I ride a bike which really helps with the legs endurance.
