Anyone use them for a bike seat?
I want to have a couple saddle modified, one have firmer foam added, another take out the "step" so I can move back more. They seem to do a fair amount of bike work. Have spares so lead time isn't too critical.
Used Allen's Auto Trim in Peabody before.

I used to work across the street from them. He recovered my SV's rear seat as a favor. Tell him Matt from Benz Den sent you.
What's the difference between a bolt and a screw?
First you screw, then you bolt.
I used him several years ago for a Monster seat ... had him flatten it a little to take out some of the slope that was jammin' me onto the tank ouch. In fact, that might be my seat, first column, third one down.
... and also for a couple of car seats in my '94 Impala SS. After sitting on it for 80K, the drivers seat was saggin' so he pumped it up ... too far, I was hitting the roof lol, so he re-did it just right for no additional charge. Then the passenger side looked saggy, so I had him re-do that side, too, to match, did that at half price of the first seat. In other words, you can talk to the guy.
About a mile from where I live, he's on Route 60 close to Route 2. Just avoid commuter hours on weekdays, it's a real bottleneck around here, and gets worse by the day. Between 10am and 3:00pm and you can probably retain your sanity. Matt knows what I'm talking about. (Is Benz Den out of business?)

And don't believe everything you think.
Dropped it off today. He only had one density of 1” foam, which he is going to layer over the OEM foam. He doesn’t have any textured cover material but that probably won’t mak much difference.
We’ll see how this works out when I pick it up next Friday. May have to find a shop with stiffer foam and better cover material.
