Two Bros exhaust and inspection

Can anyone confirm that they've passed MA state inspection with a two bros exhaust (without pulling any strings)? I'm thinking about throwing one on my 250 before I sell it and want to make sure the buyer wont have a problem with inspection.

i passed with one in 2008, 2009 & 2010.

I've passed inspection every year since I've had it on my bike. So, '03/'04/'05/'06/'07/'08/'09/'10 now. Though it's not a 250 I don't foresee any issues, unless they try to get it inspected by a bunch of tight wads.
