Anyone ever encountered SV vortex rearset adjustment issue with rear brake cylinder?

Trying to go up one notch straight up on my rearsets, but the rear brake cylinder is hitting the sub frame. Just wondering if anyone had encounter a similar issue and may have a solution to this....

Haven't encountered THAT particular problem, but I did have an issue with my quickshifter hitting my frame.

Can ya stick a few washers between the frame & rearset bracket to move it out away from the frame? Maybe give it a little pry to bend it out?

Thanks for the tip. Prying it probably won't work, but I will definitely see if I can pack it out with washers and longer bolts.
