If you can find one of those shop manuals for your bike it'll have it in there.... but I had mine done by Senor Pedro Kates @ El GMD... after i "helped" honklefukker change his i think it's well worth spending the money for someone else to do it![]()

its a dirty job that no one likes to do, but if you have conventional forks then thery are pretty easy

Of course he had alot to say about other things on Jello.
He rebuilt my Fox shock and measured stuff and had aluminum dogbones made for me, this summer. Jello has never handled better.
