Gluing rubber intake boots to frame

The rubber intake boots that the intake tubes slide into on the frame side have come loose from the frame and constantly fall off. What is the best adhesive to glue them back in place? RTV silicone? Any suggestion?

    Tanks.

I'd have to see it, but thinking contact cement would have the best adhesion and flex. Make sure both parts are clean and free of dried glue.
