headlight adjustment?

ok, i think my headlight is aimed too high due to the fact that the high beam is dimmer than the low beam unless i am breaking. i looked through the manual (useless) to find if there was an adjustment screw or something but no info, so i did what any good NESR persone does, ask the masses and see if anyone knows how to do it..... so any of you know how to do it?
