OEM plastics

Kinda random question.

Are OEM plastics clear coated, single stage paint or molded 1 color with lots of stickers to add some color? i realize all the graphics are stickers.

Mine are painted. The ABS? plastic itself is black. There does appear to be clearcoat as well. When I ordered the parts, I had the choice of getting them with or without stickers pre-applied.

Honda uses an electrical charge of some kind when they paint the ABS. (not sure how to exactly describe it)
