last year i just drained, i was running "Coolaid" but this year i was running "Engine Ice" and i was gonna drain it but Noel pointed out that its good to -27 degrees so this year i will do nothing.
When I start my KTM in the morning, rules are broken. Its inevitable...

Just read about Engine Ice. Does it actually help? Correct me if I am wrong, I believe that the temperature on streets rises more than it does on track (Atleast that's what happened with me) . So is it advisable to use Engine Ice on the street especially is you stuck in traffic on I-95?

actually the rules dont specifically say you cant use it. according to engine ice..its approved for AMA, CCS, FUSA.
