After about the tenth time dragging my old ass up off the floor I finally built myself a work table for bike maintenance. 8' long so both the front and rear stands fit, 30" wide and the deck is 22" off the floor. Lumber, screws and four swivel lock casters for about $100 and 90 minutes to build. It rolls around easy, an 8' ramp gets the bike on and off with no drama. I should have built one 20 years ago!
Looks pretty nice man, what is that linoleum tile on it?
It's some leftover sheet vinyl from a couple floors I replaced. I stapled it down to the advantec so I could just wipe up any spills. I also added some strapping to the sides to keep things from rolling off, and 4 eye bolts so I can strap dirtbikes to it. Servicing my TTR125 play bike on it now, my back appreciates it!
I must pay somebody to build me one of these, it looks great! Carpentry and I are not allowed within 300 ft of each other.
