Related to my thread about having a nail in my rear tire, I found this...
Whitehorse Gear - Stop and Go Tubeless Tire Plug Gun Kit
It says its good for the recommended 100 miles...but other similar types dont mention any limit to the length of time it can be used (like the $39.95 model) This mushroom type plug, while not the type that is mounted from the inside with the tire off, is still more effective than the ordinary car tire plug, it seems. In my other thread, members have said that they've plugged tires before with no negative experiences running on a plugged tire, and I found the feedback invaluable. BUT, I'm a wuss when it comes to riding on a plugged tire...Ive been riding for over twenty years, and over that time, with any nail I got, I replaced the tire with a new. Thankfully, thats only happened a time or two before until this latest one. Im monitoring the psi over days, and it seems that I am indeed slowly losing air to this tiny little bastard in my tire....old habits (and superstitions) die hard....have you guys seen/used this type of kit??

No just have used the goopy rope type.
Twice in fact and ran way more than 100 miles.
Once at a track day in fact going over 100 mph !
Just need to be careful and monitor the situation
often.
the kit you mention looks good. I'm sure they are better then
the sticky string kind.
