i dont have a 675 but the Tuneboy sw and cable i have for my SXV is ECU specific, one key for one ECU without the ability to plug into any other bike. (unless you buy another key)
not sure if its the same for the 675 but i was under the impression that all Tuneboy sw was the same regarding a single key for a single ECU.

From what I understood, from speaking to a bunch of techs and enthusiasts, you need a key (assigned to ECU) to upload and download tunes. But the diagnose tools do not require the key.
In the case of the triumph ECU at least.

Ah, got it. Tuneboy doesn't offer diag tools for the SXV, I assumed the key was needed for everything since that's the first thing it asked me for when connecting. Man is it funky software, way too expensive for what it is, I've used much better.
Hope you can find the tools!
