Tip for viewers.... DON'T FUCKING DO THAT! You don't need to be on top of the cones before entering the corner.

So, I come into this weekend with a personal best of 1:21.07 my goal is to drop into the 20s as i know i can make up a lot of time still.

I do practice on Sat AM and feel like crap, i never do well in practice and run 23s, 24s and so on. But I work on some shift points into 6 and figure out without GP shift, its to difficult to up shift in 7 so for now, i say fuck it and ill run 4th through T6 all the way down to T11 as i have been.

SAT Race #3 MW Grand Prix (CLUSTER FUCK), 30+ people

Anywho, I grid up 4D, against the wall, i hate dont like that as the wall never moves thus you dont have a lot of options to move around, I also have a hard time seeing the flag. I know i need to have a clean T1 entry as there are A LOT of people in this race... I get a good start but get boxed in right off the bat (as you can see in the video) I move around to the inside and get on johns ass in 1A, my weak spot is T3 and as always on of the guys running 18s passes me on the inside, by T6 someone tried to make a move on me on the inside but it didnt work, our buddy Seth tried to make a move on the outside and clipped my front tire with his rear, i was happy not to crash. This lit a fire under my ass and i wanted to pass him back (at the time i didnt know it was him), by lap 6 i figured out i was stronger than him and 5th place and could make a move on both of them in T6 or T11, so on lap 7 i close the gap and we go into T3 and pass a lapper. 5th place rossed back into Seth and they hit, from what i saw i thought they both went down but i guess only 5th place went down, the lapper we just passed somehow flipped his bike onto the back of me, he or his bike got hung up on my tail section and in the process of not crashing i went through the 3-10 split... lost what could have been a 5th place and ended up with 19th overall out of like 30+ My lap times were ok, i put down a 1:21.073

SAT Race # 12 Heavyweight Superbike

I grid up 4B, I have a crappy start as i wheelie right off the bat, by the time i put it down i have to make some moves around people and let the front pack slip away, ended up finishing in 6th after some late passes and a best lap time of 1:22.271. First and 2nd place put down 15s and 16th, kinda stupid!!!

SUN Race #13 Middleweight Supersport

I have Kitt working to pit board for me (took me 2 laps to figure out how to read it lol) Anywho, i grid up 4B with Kevin right next to me in 4C, John is in 3C, there are some fast guys in our group and they are on the first row so i know i need a good start. I get a pretty decent launch and work into 4th going into T3, but sure enough here comes the usual fast guy that passes me on the inside so now im in 5th... i take 4th place back going onto the straight (should have done it sooner to try and keep with the lead pack) and im now 2 seconds behind John and the two guys running sub 18s. I know there are other fast guys in my group and i dont want to let the front 3 get to far ahead so i try and pace them, in places i make up some ground and than sling shot back again. In the end I ended up racing a shadow for 4th place... i thought I had someone on my ass the whole time till lap 6 when i saw Kitt show me a +6. I finished in 4th place and put down:

I just dropped another second of my personal best, and had i farted on lap 4 i would have broken into the teens. I know i still have room to go like T3 and T1A and T7-8.

A huge thanks to the team and those that came up to help us out! Overall a good weekend, im happy i didnt crash the two times i got hit

Wow, did you get any of the other times he did that to me on camera? Seemed like that was a trend of his to do that if I was in the racing line. I didnt realize he hit me that hard. Sucks you got stuck in the middle of that because you were pretty close. Would have been a good battle between the two of us. Good times though in race 13 on sunday, you looked like you were flying from the bleachers in 3! John did too.

Also, sorry about clipping you in 6! I didnt realize I did that.

Yeah, that was just outright dangerous! One thing I've noticed is people are ALL over the place. You should have seen the first practice session on Saturday....holy shit people were all over the track.

Its all good, you prob didnt even feel it lol. And yeah i have the entire race filmed and i was pretty much on your ass for most of it so if there was any fun stuff there i would have caught it.

If you go off like you did through the split, and you hold off as to not gain a position, will they still penalize you like they did? Just curious.

Any chance you can post that whole vid from race 3 up on youtube? My switchbacks suck! I want to see what other mistakes I was making. If its a big file Ill paypal you some $$$ to put it on a CD and ship it to me.

Ill try to get my Go-Pro back up and running from next weekend. Ill make sure to point it backwards so I can get lots of video of you riding behind me.
