I skipped Thursday and Friday practice as I didn't have time to pickup my new ride. The KTM is down for the season, I just haven't had time or cash to repair it so up until this week I figured I was done for the season, I lucked into a sweet deal on a lesser known big single though and figured what the hell. I missed Saturday traveling to pickup my machine and going over basic prep.
Sunday I got a bit of a late start, sleeping in by accident. I made 3rd call for my race though and was surprised to find I was the only one gridded. I paid an entry fee and for gas so screw it, I'm running even if it's an empty track. Not surprisingly I finished first, no technical glitches or issues. My new to me 12.5hp Murray ran like a top the whole time.
