It's not the same. Trust me.
Damn I'm dense sometimes!
Funny story.

Normal is an illusion, what is normal to the spider is chaos to the fly.
Yeah, we were a bit of a shit show this weekend.
As I'm sure you are aware, I can make the most straight forward things extraordinarily complicated, even a simple motorcycle crash.
Will do.
Pretty sure I'm technically shorter, but the back brace makes me stand up straight, so it's a wash
She's just awesome.
I think the combination of heading towards the grass and the bump just might have spooked me into doing something stoopid. I was aimed towards the grass, and I was OK with that. I was on the brakes (but not unreasonably hard) then I felt the front go (I'm not sure it was gone) and remember saying, no, no that's not enough braking to lock the front (which could have been the bump). I'm grippy. It's a known issue. When I felt the front start to slide my intent was to lighten the braking force (I actually had time to think that) whether I did that or not is a different question.
It's quite likely that the front could have recovered from the bump just fine if not for the monkey running the handlebars.
From experience, that's not a fun curb to cross while sliding. 0 fun. I don't recommend it.
Wishing you a speedy recovery, Jason!

Those wobbly pictures are both cool and frightening! Heal up fast!

I've put up with Jason arguably the longest. So I think I'm okay to be the first to go here.
This is the only one of those stills I approve of:
Hope you're doing OK. The garage went to shit in your absence, don't do that again please.
