sophomore weekend for me.
i was coming straight from work saturday morning, so i missed the first practice. my m.o. is to cruise anway, not abuse my motor, which is a huge unknown.
race 8, ulsb: get an okay start and move into 4th in t1. right behind ms shaw. i know she can walk away, so i stick to her like glue. on lap 4 (i think) she's slow coming out of 12. as i'm going by i see her punching her bike and shaking her head. i keep cruising and stay in 3rd. i'm pretty happy.
sunday, cruise easy in practices.
novice tard: i'm lined up with austin wood and chris p. austin's got fast genes, but i peeped his times and we were only a second or 2 off, so i figured the 3 of us would dice it up pretty well. i started well, but like an idiot, backed off so as not to interfere with the ams. i ended up following the am backmarker for the first 5 laps, running harder than i ever have. i ended up pulling 4 25's with a new pb of 25.0. stoked. on lap 6 austin slings right by me like i was standing still, so i say fuck it, i'm taking him and the am dude in 3. this didn't go as planned at all, and i stopped for a quick cup of tea with the 3-10 cws. oopsie. the 3rd place kiddidn't get by me during my meeting, so i just kept on keeping on and cruised around by myself for the rest of the race.
lwsm: was told to kill the tard on pregrid. did. didn't start after. miss racing for a 3-2-1 finish for the weekend. oh well, a valuable lesson learned here.
as always, big ups to pigman, ryan, moe, chris (heal quick bro) and everyone else that gave me a hand...even you fagbolt
oh, if anyone knows that austin wood character, give him a pat on the back for me. rookie weekend he pulls out 24's. pretty goddamn awesome.

Was bummed when you couldn't get the bike stated in #11 on Sunday. It would've been nice to dice it up with ya for one race anyway.
Looking good in the motard race that I watched on Sunday. Keep up the good work.

Good job buddy! It was nice as always, to see you at the track. That sucks about the race you missed, we were wondering what happened. Poor Greg had to ride all by himself...
Chip, I love watching you outbrake everyone into 3.
