Hello,
I need some basic electrical work done on my trailer. I don't need pro quality, just need a competent adult who knows about wires and fuses and relays and such (which is not me) to hook everything up for me. I am going with bubba's schematic and have all the parts necessary already:
Happy to pay what is reasonable.
Happy to bring you the trailer and leave with you for a week or so if you cannot complete in one weekend (though that is preferable).
If you would rather work at my place in Medford, I have all the tools needed for the job including drill, hole saw etc. and you wouldn't have to bring anything.
Please PM, thanks
Where are you located? What parts did you get? You running breakers as well as a fuse panel?
Hey snowbird, I am in Medford, MA.
I should have added that if you look at bubba's schematic, you can ignore the solar charge controller (top left), I don't need that. AND you can ignore all the wiring to the battery (bottom left), my trailer already has all that wired in straight to a marine battery in the tongue.
What I need:
- Shore power hooked up to a plug on the inside, along with a few AC outlets on the inside that feed off that
- The power center installed
- The current wiring from LED lights and ceiling fan to be rewired to the power center
I have the following parts:
Amazon.com: NOCO Genius GCP1 Black 13 Amp 125V AC Port Plug: Automotive
Amazon.com: WFCO WF8712PB Black 12 Amps Power Center: Automotive
I do not understand or know what you mean by breakers and fuses.![]()
