BW or PW80 in Central MA?

i'm looking to pick up a BW or PW80 to rip the yard with my kids ... i have like $500 to spend on a solid running rat.

anyone have or know of one around central MA? i'd also be interested in other minis that an adult could hoon on.

bump ... still looking but i've expanded my search for an early XR80R, missed out on an '86 and i'm pissed ... i have lines out on two XR 80's and a PW80 but no word back.

yeah, the BW's always go for top dollar but a lot of the other stuff i've been looking at is priced really high, too. makes you wonder what they end up going for eventually.

yes, i will end up with a PW80 w/shock extender and tall bars or an XR80/100 most likely. still pissed i missed out on that '86 XR. thing was awesome.

i know they did in socal after mini moto got popular...now they are $800-$1,100 bikes

yes, the fat tires on the BW are the appeal. i will just be leading the kids around a small track in the yard so it's perfect to bang around on.

yes, XR's def went up. really would love an '86 or '87.

i started looking at TTR125s as well ... budget might increase to around $750. the wife just said to wait until winter, prob a good idea.

shock extender (until i can find a KX60 shock), rear tire, tube, air filter, plug, throttle tube ordered. chopping silencer up to remove the cone and veins inside, shorten it, perforate the tube and wrap in 2T packing, check for the restrictor plate in header pipe, open up the airbox...

ride it. jet it ... THEN black

thnx, man ... might start a build thread, fun little bike to work on (so far) ... although, both the 50 and the 80 were down for Sunday's jam got the 50 back up and running today, the 80 should be back in action tonight. most of my hop-up parts should be here before the weekend.
