Transmission rebuild ? Anyone ?

I have a 99 dodge ram 2500 that needs its transmission rebuilt (I believe).

Its an automatic - it takes awhile to shift into second but it does shift.

Looking for quotes and location.

Does it stay hung in 1st gear or does it go into "neutral" before it shifts into 2nd? I had a 96 2500 Cummins Dodge with the 47RE transmission and rarely it would almost hang in a neutral state when shifting into 2nd gear. I pulled the valvebody down, installed a TransGo shift kit and all was well. That transmission had 190k on it with a bumped up Cummins in front of it.
