Looking to pick one of these up. Is there anyone interested in selling one or know of one for sale?

Just throwing it out there but, I would go for a WR450F, same cash or less and tad bit more motor for the street... unless your heart is set on the 2fiddy

Legitimate question... OP is in MA. Isn't the 450 going to be a challenge to plate? I know he wants/needs a plated dual-sport/dirty toy. I think he's looking for a turn-key solution. Unfortunately there are more hoops to jump through than for us here in NH.
The new EFI WR450's are sweet though. Rode one on the ice last winter. Yeahbaby!
Legit as MA sucks BALLS
Yea, just buy a pre plated/sumo'd WR.......they are out there

Kinda set on the 250 for now. Nice low maintenance on the WR is very appealing.
Eventually something tells me I'll drink the orange kool aid when I'm ready for something more.

Just drink it now!
Go wild and buy a 350excf. That's the bike you want.

I've been trying to tell him this. I think Bill tried to get to him too.
He's a little HP high. So the 500 would do the deed too.
350 EXC-F is 236 lbs!!
Wr250 is only 295...
Don't crash, and you won't have to worry about weights.
500 is a viable option. There could be something like that in my future someday.

May be different for you guys that have been doing this forever, but weight => fatigue. Fatigue => less fun. Goal here is to maximize fun.
Falling down is a multiplier. But falling down 0 != no fatigue.
F = W + W * Fp
Where:
F : Fatigue
W : Weight
Fp : Face plants

PM Dogbone here on NESR, if you can't reach him let me know and I'll reach out to him.
He has my old WR250X race bike, and he procured a pair of 21/18 wheels for it. It was totally converted back to street use, but the only (real) difference between the X and R is the wheels.

Mark, how are you enjoying your WR250? I'm thinking about picking one up for trail use.
