WTB: CBR 600 F3 motor or parts bike - MA/NH

Hi there - I'm hoping someone can help me. I'm trying to resurrect my late father's CBR 600 F3 race bike. I know at this point it's probably cheaper and easier to just buy something complete, but I don't think I'll ever get rid of the F3 (sentimental reasons and all) and I'm sick of seeing it sitting there in the garage. I need some help reviving it to its former glory, so I can rip around NHMS on it next year. Track days on my Hypermotard are tons of fun, but I want a dedicated track toy.

Anyway, long story short... the bike got left with water in it (no antifreeze), and cracked the block. So I need a running F3 motor, or a whole parts bike, to get this thing up and going again. Bonus if you're local and want to help me put it together! The bike has an Ohlins shock, racetech fork, Hindle exhaust, sliders, clip-ons, rear-sets, race plastic... there are some decent parts on it, I just need to piece it back together. Basically I want it to look like this again:

So does anybody have something that might work? I'm in Haverhill, MA, right on the NH border. Local is obviously preferred. But I'm open to all options at this point.

i have an f2 motor...do some research, i think it would work...
