WTB: Cheap cruiser

Yes I have a similiar thread but this one is different lol. My dad is getting raped in gas in his truck so he's looking for a cheap cruiser style bike. key word being cheap we are kinda looking for a bike that needs some TLC. Biggest thing is looking for something comfy and would really like mid pegs which can be a bitch to find.

So if anyone knows of anything let me know

VT500 is the way to go. It's the successor to the CX500. The only differences really being that it has an electric cooling fan and an overdrive gear. They're really reliable, and yes they have mid-pegs.

Ya a 500 would work, 750 would probably be perfect for him.

Mid-pegs are very important to him so that good to know. His back doesn't like front pegs

ahh, i was wondering when he would break down and go for one.

i'm not going to bother scouring CL for one, cuz i know you probably already have. and he doesn't want a KLR650 does he? haha
