looking for a decent space heater to use in the garage this winter while working on my bike. either one that attaches to a propane tank or one that you can pour fuel in the bottom including diesel. Saw one at harbor freight today but dont feel like spending over 250, or even close to that for that matter
Found this propane heater on e-bay http://www.ebay.com/ctg/66746452?_imid=370455266566
eh not bad, im looking for much cheaper though, like 50 bucks haha
hey its worth a shot
Just remember when using that type of heater to open your garage door at least 2 feet to keep it ventilated. Carbon monoxide kicks in quick. I got one something like this. http://www.lowes.com/pd_13644-88644-KFA75L_4294934542+5003700__?productId=3556374&Ntt=heater&Ns=p_product_price |0&pl=1¤tURL=%2Fpl_100%2B200_4294934542%2B5003700__s%3FNtt%3Dheater%2 6page%3D2%26Ns%3Dp_product_price%7C0&facetInfo=$100%20-%20$200

There are a bunch for sale on CL.
Search for kerosene heater or propane heater.
“It's 2 minutes for any capable adult.”
Get a CO detector and hang it in the garage. It may save your life.
Not sure what you'll be able to find for $50. I bought one from Northern a few years ago it works fantastic. Put a C02 detector out there and never had a problem with the doors down etc. Think it was $200 or so.
Heats a pretty good size garage no problem.
def going to get a co2 detector. im just trying to be as cheap as possible on it cuz ive spent about 500 on parts the past 2 weeks
i think i got a propane one to borrow for the winter
Pending the size of your garage. I've used one of these with awesome results. Just grab the hose that connects to a 20 lb. tank and your all set.
