    WTB: SuperMoto Take Off's!!!! 120/70-17 & 140/70-17

    Looking for some take off's for my 2007 suzuki drz sm front & rear tire size as follows: 120/70-17 & 160/70-17

    Just fyi most supermotos run a 160 rear or larger. Will probably be hard to find a 140.

    ahhh no wonder I have been having a hard time finding some decent rubber ....I have never brought my Sumo to the track and wanted to grab something for the 26th & 27th at Canaan ! Any chance you'd have some race take off's I could buy?

    I don't have any sorry. And I don't know what size a drz can fit in the swingarm. A street rear should be pretty decent for the most part. Are you an experienced track day rider or is this your first time ever?

    Oh no, I am an experience track day rider, I was just at Palmer yesterday with TTD on my 675r (I dont think I saw you). I bought the drz about a month ago as a "street only" bike and now that has gone out the window .... I want to bring it to Canaan with penguin for the mini moto/super moto inside track day and ride the 675 on the regular track. Either way thanks again for all the advice/help!

    There are a few monkeys like myself that are running 4.25" wide rims and 150 rubber, but we're an odd bunch and in my case I have no takeoffs to sell.

    Check with Chris Woodman(TTD Instructor, OneUp Racing #897). He may have some takeoffs from his R3, which was running a 150 rear and more recently a 140 rear, or his WR450, which was running a 160. Any of those sizes will fit your DRZ.
