Thanks for the links. VT is too far but I'll call the one in MA, find out if they have seat belts.

I just bought a huge Dodge Ram Maxi van. It's going to be a work and race/play vehicle. It's already insulated, carpeted, paneled, wired for power, etc. It's been a race van, so it has no back seats (and can transport 5 race bikes). My girlfriend has a 3 year old, so I need to add a back seat for her car seat. The van will still move 3 bikes with the seat. I'd rather have a one-step process of installing and removing the seat, hence the integrated seat belts.

I want shoulder belts integrated into the seat
Quick release would be nice but isn't required.
Price is completely open. I may spend $50 on something someone has in their barn to get this thing done for now, or I may splurge if I find something really nice.
