Just a thumbs-up for Motomarket. Allen Jones over there hooked me up by letting me try on ALL the Arais and several other makes of helmet before ordering me a profile in medium. When it arrived (today) I picked it up and he spent a good hour with me changing the cheek pads and the crown piece to get the fit absolutely perfect.
Allen even gave me a little lesson on all the features and controls of the helmet and visor system. He also filled out the warranty card for me and mailed it off.
You pay a little more than the online vendors, but you get GREAT service and warranty care. That's worth the extra few bucks to me, especially when I'm buying a helmet that absolutely MUST fit properly.

Did you try on the bright yellow one? That's mine. I just have to go pick it up!
Putting his hands in the air, like he just doesn't care.
Check out my eBay store!

It's very rare to get service like that buying a helmet. Glad motomarket goes the extra mile.
When i didn't know much about it buying my arais i got the 'how does it feel? Ok good, meet me at the register". And I see and hear that all the time in shops when people are buying helmets. I need to get sized and fitted. The helmets that fit me perfect aren't allowed on the track.
It's all water under the bridge, and we do enter the next round-robin. Am I wrong?
I bought the New Nakano there and my experience was as great as yours . Allen is a great kid !
Motomarket has to make up for the high prices somehow. There customer service is A+. Their Espresso ont he other hand is well lackluster!!

I actually bought a used Arai and went to Motomart and started talking to Allen about it and he did the same for me...took me through the helmet and made sure it was a good fit....and this was a helmet I didn't even buy there.
The whole group over there does care about fitting you with the right gear.....and they all race so they can speak from experience of pushing most of the gear to its limits.
Pretty good coffee cake too, if your into coffee cake

+1...
I bought a pair of Held's there and recently a Dainese jacket at the end of last season. Service couldn't have been better both times. I also broke one of the lens holders on my Arai (that I didn't buy there) and Allen geve me a loaner part for free until my replacement arrived. I couldn't believe it. I'll happily spend a little extra and send my business their way. It's worth it in my opinion.
Those guys are great! I am more than willing to pay a little more for the customer service. That is one thing that is NOT a commodity these days. It's refreshing.
Good job Motomarket
I've bought two new helmets from Allen recently. Top notch service. Stayed open a little late for me because I was stuck in some traffic. Brought the first helmet to the track for a friend, he was very happy with it and the sizing and service that was done at the track. He sized me at the shop, ordered the helmet, made the needed changes and delivered it to the track as well. Even printed my name and number to stick on the side to get through tech. THEN he stopped by my garage after my first couple races to see if the fit was working well and make sure I was happy with how the helmet was performing. The price was also very competetive but the service would have been worth it even if it wasn't.

Bought my Arai helmet there as well. Same great service when I had mine sized up. Picked up a Rev' It jacket about a week later and love it. Been back for smaller stuff, held summer weight gloves, etc... Great service.
Funny thing before I took the msf training course next door to MotoMarket at IronStone Ventures(worthy of another thumbs up btw) I stopped into Paramount HD to check out helmets. I was looking over a full face, maybe an HJC, and the saleswoman talked me out of the full helmet...Guess it's just a different mind set. I ended up borrowing my Dad's helmet for the course. He only wears his full helmet when it's really cold(HD full-dresser).
A+++++ Mr Jones Definately Great, I took all of your advice and spent the extra money to buy from MM.. Glad I did, And I made sure to tell him that I was there because of the great reviews he gets on NESR.. Thank guys..
BTW, picked up an Arai Profile Sinister..And it only cost me about $30 more then buying offline at most sites.. no including tax..

i sent an e-mail to them about getting a new arai over the winter and about how many good things I have heard about their service, i linked to the thread here as well, here is the reply from Paul and an invite to NESR-
"Hi Mike,
Thanks a lot for the message. It is good to hear we are doing things right
and that people appreciate it. I gave Allan a big pat on the back and
treated him to dinner last night because of your message and the feedback
on the thread. It's great to have him at Moto Market.
See you.

Allen and the whole crew at Motomarket are the finest example of customer service. They were really helpful with quickly refunding a trackday at the last minute after I crashed during another one earlier that week and banged up my body a bit. They didn't fight it at all and just did the right thing.
