First and foremost, I cannot comment on the attitude or qualities of the Sales Team...they are all good guys, but they are also salesmen...feel me?
Second. STOP BUYING SHIT ONLINE AND GO SEE MARY!!!!
She will not only treat you very well, but save you 15-25% off List Price, and have it to you in 3 days or less.
Example:
Brand spankin new, not in stores, just came out online Icon Automag Hero Jckt. List, $450...RSM Price, $360...go see her for gear, and you WILL NOT be disappointed.
They have a great selection of used bikes (for VT) and the Parts and Service Personnel are tops. For the amount of people that come and go, they are very good.
After being around the bike scene for 4 years in VT, I give them the Most Improved Dealer Award...
(please keep in mind this is all subjective)

Roadside is the best dealer in the area. Hands down.
(But it doesn't take much)

Agreed, Roadside is by far the best choice in the Burlington area. Although if you include Middlebury, Cyclewise beats them out.

Hands down, RSM is easily a gazillion times better than Green MTN Power Sports up in my neck of the woods. If you didn't buy a bike from GMPS good luck on getting anyone to talk with you.
I made the trip down from Ottawa, Canada last year to have RSM install new Michelins on my bike. On that one visit all went well.

Right attitude? Seriously?
Dave was a sweetheart, but he quit. And the owner, while he DOES stand behind his products, has the personality of a toad! That place needs an infusion of social skills IMO.
+3 on Mary at RSM. Not sure my Toyota Rustbucket would make the trip to Cyclewise but I'll have to check it out one of these days.
Dave is a good guy. It's a shame he quit, but I can't say I blame him -- poor bastard didn't have a vacation in the entire time he worked at Frank's, or even any Saturdays off, apparently.
Lester's a nice guy if you catch him in a good mood, but he can definitely be difficult if he's annoyed about something. He can be extremely generous to his loyal customers.
I haven't met the new guy yet who replaced Dave.

Agreed that roadside sales AND service are both great! They helped me pick out my first bike, never made me feel silly for not knowing a thing about bikes, went out of their way on numerous occasions to provide superb service. Got my first bike and most of my accessories there.
Visited Cyclewise last week, was really impressed with them, especially their knowledge of the Suzuki SV which I think will come in handy for me.![]()
Cyclewise ought to know SVs pretty well. Joey (owner) has an SV650 track bike.

It'd be cool to get some people together and hit some of the back roads round my place (Tyler Bridge, Spear, and the Vergennes Hollow Rd.) and scoot down to CycleWise...say Sat. May 3rd...weather depending...?
Maybe Ill make a little post in the Ride/Events section...hmmmmm
Need a ride...?

+1 on the RSM bandwagon. I've been going to them over the past three years and you just can't beat them. I always shop around but seem to always end up at roadside. The last two times mary has been such a super help.
Depending on the time on saturday, I may be up for a ride to cyclwise.
At RSM, does Mary order stuff like sprockets and chains as well?

The parts guys do that. Mary is more into the gear.

RSM is the best. I have a KTM and they work on it time to time. Just bought a street ride from them recently. I love Mary, Chris in sales always nice, I will miss parts Dan, but the rest of the crew is top notch. Kudos to Bradley who always gets my bike right.

It pays to play.
