July 4
July 7 & 8
Hey all - I want to put something out there for you. We are finishing up our 2014 schedule and would like to get feedback from everyone regarding a preference for our July Thompson date - which will be the first motorcycle date at this course.
Option 1 - Friday July 4th
Option 2 - Monday July 7th + (if the demand is there) Tuesday July 8th
Thanks in advance for your feedback - we are looking forward to a great 2014!
Isn't that around the classic? Usually? No?
I voted July 4th. Wow what a holiday that would be. Question: If I pay first can I be the first?

I have all of those dates off (hopefully) so I vote option 2 because it has more track time! (hopefully)![]()
Option 2 please
Option 2 would be my preference....but either works for me

Thanks for everyone who put their vote in. We should have some details on the schedule coming soon.
Eric,
is there racing at thompson?
I was actually curious how you would have the days set up with no racing as well? 3 groups? 3 schools (track experience, basic, advanced)?

There will not be any racing at Thompson in 2014 for sure. We are not sure what the future holds.....but the track itself should be capable of having races, it's just a matter if someone decides to try to put them on.
We would certainly separate racers and non racers on the track as we always do. Since they are not racing there in 2014, we would not hold a Basic Course (which is primarily a license certification course) at Thompson. Our days at Thompson will focus on two things: riding time and helping our students to ride faster with more confidence.
