Two weekends in a row of great weather, right through to the end. I'm perhaps the most happy that the grid sizes are the biggest they have been in years, and that there are a bunch of new novices on the grid. Things are looking good.
The racing was close again, although I'm glad that no one got seriously hurt in the MWSS race on Sunday. I guess Scott Mullin got the worst of it and busted up his foot pretty badly. Best wishes for a speedy recovery to him.
Next weekend's classic should be a really good race. I know that I'm looking forward to it, as is the rest of the field. I think that we've got one of the closest races we've seen in years coming down the road. We'll try to help get the word out when the race schedule comes out so you can all plan your weekend and hopefully invite your families out to watch our big race. The 2 day school is filling up quickly, so if you are looking for a spot please don't put it off....it's my favorite event of the year and every year we have riders drop a bunch of time just in time for the classic. I hope to see everyone there.
Amazing weekend! Packed grids! Great times!
Trying to line everything up so I can take the school that weekend. I figure I should be able to learn a bunch more than at the first round school seeing as I won't be trying to wrestle a hard tail around this time.
I need to find a trailer or something, after 6 days at the track my tent is going to be stinky...
I spent the weekend watching... Great time! The Wood, Narbonne, Cronin and Greenwood Battle is always Good.
I had a blast. Really looking forward to the Classic weekend!

I love the big grids! What happens if a grid hits 40? No more people are allowed to enter that race?

We split races if grids get too big. In the old days we did it all the time. It has not been something we've had to do for a while.
Glad to hear the grids are back, It sucked racing with 3 people and was one of the big reasons I left. 30 heads into turn one is the way it should be.
It's all water under the bridge, and we do enter the next round-robin. Am I wrong?
They split race 4 on saturday into 4 and 4a because the grid was too big (I assume that's why they did it).
HWSS had 31 bikes even after the split.
F50L had 20 bikes.
So it would have been over 50 bikes.
