So I had the bike parked on the driveway for a week, when I woke up one morning and found it on the side with most of that side's parts bent or smashed.
I was pissed at first, but got over it, thinking it was probably just the wind. The bike was still rideable with a new peg and turn signals.
Then I suspiciously found parts of the broken turn signal lens in the garage, and noticed damage on the minivan's turn signal lens and figured out what happened: my older sister (25 years old) had driven into the bike, knocked it over, then just drove away, didn't say anything, or offer to pay.
When I asked her what happened, she started to steam up, sighed, and said "I don't knowwww"
In the 5 years I've owned street motorcycles, I always expected to find it knocked over in public parking lots, but at home? come on!
sometimes you just can't win...
