Rear tire suggestions?

Came home today after getting a new decal put on. Found my rear tire looking like this. Guess its time for a new one, whos got suggestions? Don't want anything too pricey and only need it for street riding.

Edit. I've had good luck with Pilot Powers and Dunlop Qualifiers.

If you're on a budget, look into Metzler & Conti. If you can swing it, Pilot Powers, Diablo Corsas etc.

It's also usually a good idea to get a matched set.

Once you decide & purchase your tire(s), there's a few options here on the board for mounting them. Degsy is the go-to man in eastern MA.

I'm leaning towards the new BT-016 Triple and Five compound tires. anyone tried them out?

I got the stock BT-014's on right now and i'm almost down to the wear bars at 3500 miles.

The middle was mostly bald from going to the drag strip in Napierville a couple times. I don't have a clue what caused the last part to rip like though.

I called Roadside Marine and they have some tires in stock, I didn't think I would be able to get them by Monday if I ordered them, especially with it being the holiday weekend. Might just be stuck with whatever they have there.
