Great to see him riding again. My concern would be his endless crashing habit during the season. Hes always pushing the limit, it's the thing that makes him great but as you can see also the thing that catches up to you in the end... will he continue to push?
Another log for the MM fire, looking more and more like he'll be at the tests and ready to go from race 1

I'm with Syl...close enough for hand grenades if you squint...
Anyway, I would be surprised if MM93 put up a great, season-long fight based on last season. I had high hopes for Binder, but I now fear he may be relegated to similar performance as my #1, Mav. I think Olivera has the best 'underdog' chance this season, if FQ/Mir don't do something amazing.

The Mir thing is bothering me. Loved watching him in 2020. He was just consistent while everyone around him was fucking up. He also seemed very humble throughout that campaign. 2021 I thought he acted like a spoiled bitch. Lots of whining, very low energy, very sad.
And re MM...

In 20 the Suzuki was competitive. In 21, Yamaha and Ducati made progress but Suzuki stood still. They didn't have their holeshot device ready until after the summer break. I don't think Mir was whining, he was letting Suzuki know they needed to make some progress with the bike.
Agreed... either I missed the whining that others saw, or I saw the same thing and interpreted it as disappointment and frustration.
It's gotta be tough going from winning a Championship one year to having 0 wins and only 6 podiums the next... and having to practically crash every race, every overtake, just to have a chance at landing on the podium.

Suzuki was the last mfg. To install the launch control and associated suspension management systems. Also they where down on top speed. Haven't looked but they might have been the slowest bike on the grid.
New track this season, I don’t ever recall seeing a motogp race in Finland? I think it’s a good excuse to visit my buddy in Finland again and test ride some new Beta’s
