I work for GIANT in N.Andover . Just call the number and tell them you want a VET to do the job. What year and kind of car? Also where is sterling? Near worcester? We have a shop in worcester. Also do you have a garage because it cant be done if it's raining out.Or maybe bring it there. If you do decide and the worcester shop is going to do it ask for Pedro, he's one of the best installers i know and i have been in the biz for 20yrs. Also it's good to give biz to the local guy not a national chain.

My ins. company sent Safelite out to us a few months ago, very fast response, very professional, sent us a picture of the tech. ahead of time so we knew who was coming. Was very happy with them.
Had Giant do mine a couple times...always has been good service.
Whats the deal with asking for a Vet though?

by vet i am assuming experienced, if that is what he means then yes, i agree, i requested that 2 weeks ago when i had mine done..
and they sent in a very good installer, knew what he was doing and knew the last one who worked on the windshield was a rookie.
approx 4-5 years ago, with my last windshield replacement, it did not go as well, after install, i drove it home and there was a lot of
wind noise....so i called and they fixed it....which of course i knew was just putting a bunch of caulk in there....
which leads me to request for a veteran this time.

Cool. I had a 99 SHO for 4 1/2 yrs and never an issue. Do you have a rain sensor? Usually an option with that car.Yea, dave knows what he is doing, not as good as me but close..LOL..Glad you had a good experiance.
