I suggest getting pregnant. Then it's encouraged to gain some weight and people don't snicker about it!

Of course, I haven't had to take OFF those pounds yet... but...

I used to go to Golds in manch. It's a great gym. I'm not looking to lose or gain weight, but I did get back into working out to get in shape.

And diet....well..I eat about 4000 calories a day. Godzilla burger sat. if anyone is interested, I'm gonna try to outdo my last eat-a-thon acomplishment.

    So it begins...

I saw a coupla pictures of me lately that got me totally disgusted with what I let happened to myself over the years. From December 15th, I've gone from 200-203 to 185-187. No working out, no diets per se. I used to eat like a bucket loader, and I'd literally be in pain after every meal I ate. I simply stopped doing that and the results have been mind boggling...

I simply don't have time to get to a gym nor do we have the space in our house right now to set up our weight room. So right now I have to rely on lowering my face stuffing amounts and walking & playing with the pup as my basis for the loss. Hopefully by this summer we'll have the addition on the house so we can set up our weight room again...

Not to throw it in anyone's face, but I didn't think dropping 15-20 lbs. was all that hard (for me). I was surprised at how quickly and easily it came off. And I feel a TON better, both physically and mentally...

No offense taken to the comment above. It's all good, every group needs a fat guy around to keep everyone laughing and feeling good about the shape they are in. I just happen to be "that guy".

That's awesome, mang! Losing weight takes some amount of work for anybody and I always admire people for working at it...

I was going to buffets AT LEAST once a week, usually Chinese food and I'd eat 'til it hurt. A typical trip to McDonalds or Burger King would run me $15-$20, couldn't afford Wendys the way I was eating. There was NEVER any left overs at my house cuzza me. When we'd go out and get pizza, it was one large for me, one large for Cheryl & the kids. Hell, even Taco Hell would run me more'n $10!

What's cool is my apetite is actually decreasing. I CAN'T eat like I used to. I can still shovel in the Chinese food, but I can't like I did just a few weeks ago. The key for me so far is to eat about HALF of what I usually did, give myself about 15-20 minutes to feel not hungry and take it from there. It's been working out pretty good...

I'll be happy when I'm a consistent 175-180. At least that's what I'm shooting for before I start working out again...
