Yup. Like you said, prep is a bitch unless you want overspray everywhere. Even then, I'm likely to get overspray everywhere! LOL! It would likely increase the quantity of paint a bit as well. However...But I'd definitely do it differently if I was forced to do it again.

Prep 1 - getting all the "to be painted" surfaces properly cleaned, scuffed, and repaired for proper adhesion.
Prep 2 - masking off everything "not to be painted."
These are both unbreakable, mandatory rules, with one exception...
If you're selling, get a quick cover on it, hope the buyer doesn't really "know" and RUN!
Listing video has been edited and is ready. Sorting out pics and ad pitch now. Hoping to have it listed early next week with the open house next weekend.
