Contractors/Construction-types...

Looks like we're moving ahead with our plans to add on to our hizzouse. We're pretty much GC'ing it ourselves. We have the site work and the exterior pretty much taken care of and lined up. We're looking for a licensed electrician and HVAC person AND a flooring dude. If the flooring works out well, we'll do the existing house too (hardwood)...

The electrician & HVAC peeps gotta be licensed in NH...

Could be a nice little weekend side job for someone...

Should be ready for electricity & ductwork by late May, early June. Ready for floors by the end of July, maybe sooner...

I say it every year... I am not going to drink that much this year!!! @ least I didn't the last stonnerstock.. I can really mean it this year as to not drinking as much. I will not even be there.. Kind-of saddens me....

What is the square footage for the flooring. I may be able to help you out. Are you going with pre-finished hardwood or the unfinished? We have a flooring division of our company and can even sell you the flooring. We don't do much residential work but I'll see what we can do.
