2 minutes of credits...in greek...followed by god know how long of typical stupid behavoir which fails to impress...
Yeah...its a repost...and I don't think I watched the whole thing the first time...
(I'm a crotchedy old fart though. I suppose it might amuse some.)

I want to know what type of tires they use. I just learned a new method to enter turn 3 at Loudon. I'm sending this video to my insurance to thank them for insuring me. That was pretty damn extreme as the title said at the beginning.
Wow, go figure....Ducati's riding like
GSX-R's:
I can ride like that. No problem.

I went to Greece every summer to visit my fathers side of the family for many years. My fathers family lives right outside Athens, and I remember seeing motorcycle accidents on a daily basis in the city.
Just like the video shows they are straight up crazy over there. There's another clip of some greek guy riding through rush hour traffic in downtown Athens, and it's just as insane. maybe they should take that shit to the track!??!?
A lot of motorcylists ride like that in Greece for some reason. No matter where we traveled in the country, I always remembered seeing some crazy motorcylist doing shit similiar in the clip.
In major cities there there is a poilice presense but once you get out in the Country, there's no police AT ALL. Where as here in the US we always got a cop hiding along the side of some quiet/country road waiting to catch us.

i got stuck with an OEM rearset and chrome shifter due to a mistake on eBay. so that was my 1 upgrade. and yes i did replace my broken chrome parts with chrome parts. i like the way my GSXR looks when i bought it, and wanted to keep it that way.
chrome doesnt make anyone an irresponsible rider.
This is what I saw on a DAILY basis in Athens:

The sad thing is, no one in Greece wears gear. 98% of the riders over there are in just tank-top, sandles, and sunglasses.
yeah i was surprised at how long the stock gearing is. I took an '06 for a rip a couple years back & ROMPED on the gas.. front end barely came up in 2nd, but it sure pulled like a bitch all the way up & WELL into triple digits before I even thought about shifting to 3rd.
Private closed road, of course![]()

They have the power to pull very hard for the tall gearing so top speed is insane. I've been in triple digits by accident on more than 1 occasion with out thinking I was. Maybe thats why I got 2 tickets and 2 warnings last year.Pegging 3rd gear does about 145 mph. I will go 1 down up front this season if I don't change back to a 600 which I've been thinking about lately. I miss reving the piss out of a bike and this bike I can't do that on, too fast even on a track.(well loudon is the only track I've been on)
Stupid shit, but would be SO much better if it were done on a twin.
Preferrably a Duc with a dry clutch, but I'd even take a TLR over an inline 4 any day of the week.
NOTHING matches the sound of a Duc with a dry clutch in the city. It's nothing short of music, a complete symphony of sound from Bologna.
