More Ebay Stupidity

So I'm checking eBay, as I often do, to see what manner useless crap I can:

a) Buy when I'm drunk, such as a knife, a ninja sword or a hammer.
b) Unload on someone else to get it out of my "Stack Of Crap"(tm).

I have a boatload of 2k Eclipse parts laying around, so I figure I'll check and see what my old, pretty much mint $90 aluminum fuel door will sell for on ebay.

I find this listing:

With the following picture:



Eclipses come with two fuel doors. A nifty aluminum one that's a $90 option the looks similar to the Audi TT door (though not as well made), and a cheesy cheap plastic thing that, well sucks.

Now I did the following simple logistics in my head.

Aluminum = Shiny

Astute, aren't I? Now since I'm a man of the people and I do my best to help out when I can, I send this fellow an email letting him know that he's either not familiar with my brilliant level of deductive science, or he's trying to shaft someone into buying an Aluminum Fuel Door Box With Shitty Plastic Fuel Door Inside, and that the latter practice isn't very nice.

Friends, you can really make a difference in people's lives. Not only did I save some poor consumer from buying AFDBWSPFDI, I also enligtened this clearly lesser-educated-than-myself seller!

I was just informed that it is not aluminum. I was going by what the box said on the outside. Sorry for the confusion.

Well you look at the pic on the box and it does not match the cap along side it. Some people are clueless.
