I know it's open from 28 to my road. They had it shut down at various points yesterday. As far as I know, they're diverting traffic down Tamworth Trail, which is fruitless 'cuz Meredith Lane & Walker Road have been devastated. If anybody's willing & able to make the trek, I think at this point we'll take all we can get. Like I said, our house is fine. A quarter-mile from here is were a bunch of us are staging - where the damage begins...

still the same as when I was there yesterday, I checked to see if I could get to a jobsite on tamworth and was able to get there, on the way out, I tried going out meredith and had to turn around, I knew I couldn't backtrack to Stockbridge corner cause Pitman road that I would have to cross over on was closed, Prospect Mountain Road was closed, and Stockbridge corner Road was closed
I suspect from where I had to turn around , several of the homes were on lots that I did the site designs for

I'm so glad to hear that you, the fam and the 'stead made it out of this disaster. Like I said on the phone today, if there is anything that I can do to help out the folks in your hood, please let me know. I'm not all that far away and Im free til Monday afternoon.

Thanks again for the well wishes & offers. I'm done for today, I just can't do it anymore. I'm ashamed to say that I need some downtime now and I need to relax. My entire body aches, I'm sunburned (I don't burn-this is only the second time in my life), cut-up, battered & bruised and emotionally drained. As selfish & self-centered as it sounds, I'm gonna spend the resta the day with my family out on the lake sitting in the water...
Not sure what the plan of attack is for tomorrow, but I'll try to keep everyone that's offered posted. I'll keep this thread up to date...

Crazyness.....good to hear there were no injuries. I remember Thursday in the Boston area it would pour hard, then the sun would peak out, then get real dark and pour more. I was checking out the sky during a sunny part and the surrounding clouds looked surreal. Like an eye of a storm.

Sundcook fared just fine. My dad was at our house up there and said there was no damage.
