Last weekend, I went to the New Hampshire Cheshire Fair in the cage. Leaving the fair I was traveling on Rt 12 in Swanzey, heading towards Keene (Rt101). I briefly noticed a digital speed display sign mounted high on a pole on the side of the road. It was quickly flashing red and then white speeds. I was in a heavy line of traffic going, roughly the speed limit. Anyone know if this was just a "warning" to the traffic or was it a photo radar that will send out tickets. I heard that sending out a ticket from a photo radar was illegal in NH. I couldn't tell if I was one of the flashing "red" or "white" cars in the line and I am concerned that I could get a false ticket. I didn't think I was speeding, but I wasn't watching because I was going slow in heavy trafic. Anyone have any info on the device that was on Rt12 and is photo radar illegal in NH?

its probably just a warning/monitoring device without ticketing ability
we have a few of them in my town on roads that people always speed on.
Get out while you can
Find your own path
no those won't get you tickets, I often see people speed up through them only place getting a ticket bc of a photo is the toll
"Your speed is" on those signs should be replaced by "Your top speed is".
