    Why the hell do i have a cold?? Whole familys been fighting one, anyone else oh so lucky to have one during the best riding time of the year? A runny nose in a helmet is not fun...

    I know it's allergies for me. Ever sense it rained Saturday, I've been feeling like shit by the end of each day. Wake up feeling great but by the end of the day, stuffy, runny nose, headache, etc.
    For what it's worth, pollen is the primary pollutant now according the the weather channel

    I'm gonna try and clean the system this weekend and drink every night for the holiday weekend

    I'm not sick, but being "summer" with over night temps down into the upper 30's and lower 40's...I've certainly suffered from the runny nose in the helmet a few times...taking off early and coming home late on the bike. No snot-sicles hanging from the front of the helmet though.
