USA SUMMER

Hey Ya'll..

Right now I am sitting in a vegas hotel room. I didn't get to sleep until 3am because i stayed out the casion, NY NY, and went to the piano bar. My first piano bar. I am hooked!! It was amazing.

So I am in Vegas. I am on the second half of a 6 week trip. The first 3 weeks we departed from NY and traveled to LA via the northern states. We went to Niagara falls, Sandusky -Cedar Point, Chicago, Badlands, Yellowstone, Jackson Hole, Lake Tahoe, Yosemite, San Fransisco, then LA. There were lots of little stops along the way. Man is the middle of the USA flat!!

So the group went to Universal and Disneyland the past two days while I had to go to the office to do work. But I partied it up in Vegas last night. We got our groups a party bus to take them around vegas.

Next we head off to Zion, Grand Canyon, Monument Valley, Carlsbad, Del Rio, Mexico, San Antonio, Austin, New Orleans, Ocoee - Tenn, and then back to DC.

It is amazing what I am doing this summer. I am truly loving it. I have met some awesome people and seen incredible things....especially in Yellowstone....I saw 5 wolves! one so close that I could make out every mark on him/her. Bison, bobcat, bald eagle, mule deer...no bear or elk yet though...

So that is my update. Not much else. I see streetriders all the time and wonder if it is anyone from this site taking a summer trip. hope everyone is having a blast!! and staying cool 100+ out here...yikes!!

oh, and i bought a laptop with wirless so i can stay more connected!

yah i am a wannabe streetrider..hehe..i had a bike 2 years ago, a GS500 but i had to sell it for money. but i've helped at trackdays, and went to stonnerstock last summer. i am a tour guide this summer traveling around the country. that a brief autobiography of who i am.....asshole!..hehe..

im some punk ass west coaster (if AZ is considered west coast..........since it has no coast ) that moved back to NH to race a little. i just read your updates every now and then and was thinking who the fuck is this person and why is she traveling around. i thought you were doing something ultra cool like racing FUSA or WERA and traveling around the US doin that.

IF you LOVE piano bars, in New Orleans, in the French Quarter, you need to duck into the Pat O'briens pianno bar just off the side street intersecting with Burbon. (there is an entrance on Burbon, just go THROUGH the court yard............)

Sounds like an awesome time. Glad you are seeing the country. Hit South America next if you are into natural beauty and back country expeditions.

Eager to hear your thoughts on Zion. It's my favorite national park so far. What an amazing place. Enter from the east side if you can. The ride in to the park headquarters will blow you away. I was so impressed I did it twice in the same week.

Last time I came into the park that way and this time i exited that way. I really like Zion, especially for my passengers since it has one of the best shuttle systems and lots of small hikes and activities for them to do. i didn't go hiking this last time because the narrows was a bit flooded and i was tired. Zion is one of my favorite places though....I also like Yosemite as well. That one is more like New Hampshire with its shear granite walls but it awesome how huge everything is.

Right now I am at the Grand Canyon. We did sunrise this morning and now my group is out hiking various places that they are allowed. I am sitting above the IMAX theater because they have a tour leader room where my laptop works. I was catching up on accounts and emails and things like that because the next 2 weeks are going to go by very fast.

i have learned that my next trip is in the southeast. i get to go to Florida!! Hey Joe..you still down there? or even allowed on this site anymore? Want to take me for a ride?? PLEASE!!!

I get to go to Orlando, Miami, Key Largo, New Orleans, Nashville, Graceland, Atlanta, and St. Augustines! I am so excited!!

Suf..who is the guy in that picture?? And I will look up that bar. that sounds really cool. Hopefully I can find it!

I am in Carlsbad NM right now. Doing the bat thing tonight and tour the caves in the AM before heading to Del Rio Texas where we can cross the border and go to Me He Co. I am excited.

Yah, I am really enjoying myself. not too shabby of a summer!
