2002 Honda RC 51. This bike has been taken care of and has been used for what is was designed for. It has many mods including; Sato Titanium exhaust, Power Commander IIIr, pair system removal, flapper valve removed, soft rev limiter removed, corbin seat, stainless braided brake lines on the front, kevlar brake line on the rear, woodcraft clipons, OSF rearsets, revalved forks, penske rear shock, toby steering damper, 2 sets of rims complete with rotors (DOT Bridgestone take offs on one set and brand new Michelin Pilot Powers on the other), 520 conversion with 15/41 gearing, DID ERV3 chain, yellow box speedo recalibrator. I have many of the stock parts as well and would considering selling the bike stock for less. This bike has never been in an accident and is a must see!

I have not ridden all summer due to injuries and I am going to be one of the ones who eventually joins the sport touring crew in a year or so. I still love the bike! My future holds a cross country trip in it too...![]()
Wish I could! I have another series of radial frequency shots on my back Monday and do not want to piss off the back again. Hopefully after this set I can get back on. I will ride some this year.
I have not lost the love for the motorcycle, so no worries there. Thanks for the invite though.
Thats alright, I know where he is moving to. It would be a shame if his duke got a couple flat tires. Ha ha...I wont be riding for about a month. Not being at work and riding the bike dont go. They frown on that sort of thing. I need to get my repairs done anyway.

PS....Next summer I would bet I could get 30 days off for a CC trip....

If money is the root of all evil,
why do churches beg for it?
I just posted the miles above your post. The miles are a little off due to when I did the 520 conversion and re-geared it. The miles are a little lower but not much.
he works nights so i do not think ill get ahold of him till tomrrow but i left a message on his machine.

Ryan, thanks for helping educate people about mileage on a bike!
To explain the mileage, I used to ride 9 months out of the year and did a lot of long day trips as well as some vacations with the bike. I changed the oil at least every 3k, switched the bike to synthetic oil at 7500. I also changed out the coolant every season (running engine ice now). The bike runs great and I have never had a problem with it. Most of my friends bikes have the same mileage or more and none of them have had mechanical issues what-so-ever.
