I was trying to be nice. I'm not trying to make friends with you guys through classified ads so I'm not afraid to say that this is way over what the market will support with that mileage. There are 12 RC's on Ebay right now only one is more expensive and it's a 2005 with 4k on it. Bidding is usually an accurate way to derive market value.
I'm in the market for one so I'm not just here to s#it on someone's add. It's a great bike and they do hold value better than others. I wish him luck with the sale. Maybe you guys should look into it.
I've had my new bike for 5 weeks and it has 4k on it. If anyone wants to come squid it up with me they can.
Alex
There is a reason why I put "best offer"! The other thing about the ebay RC's you have brought up do not include anywhere near what I am offering with my bike, there starting prices are either higher or they have a reserve for most of them as well! My bike is ready to go to the track and there are plenty of spare parts if anything happens! Plus if you wanted to do a little racing with it the only 2 things that would need to be done is safety wiring and track skins. This bike is built for double duty!
For all others that have a question about mileage. Here are NADA's expected accumulated average mileage for motorcycles
Mileage/Condition
Street and Touring
Expected Accumulated Average Mileage
Engine Displacement (cc)
Model Year Under 350 350-449 450-749 750 & Over

2006 3300 5100 7400 10600
2005 4500 7200 10500 15600
2004 5800 8700 13800 20600
2003 6800 11200 17100 24200
2002 7800 12400 19400 27100
2001 9100 14600 22400 31500
2000 10000 16600 28300 34500
1999 11100 18400 29700 37000
1998 11700 20400 30700 43100
Figures shown are for expected accumulated average mileage. Actual mileages may differ substantially. Because of variances in riding styles and road conditions, it is impossible for us to determine accurate dollar values for mileage. Overall condition factors will have a far greater impact on a value than the actual mileage.

Safety wiring is a huge pain. You have me there- that is a ton of work.
Price reduction to $6950.00
If anyone is interested in buying without the extras, I can sell the bike stock except I will leave the re-valved front forks on.
Hey Jamie
