2003 gsxr-1000, bad frame

pics to follow. i have a 2003 gsxr1000 with 9400 miles on it. bike went to GMD to have the frame straightened from a tuck under and we decided it was too bent to save. everythng else is straight, swingarm, subframe and wheels. forks and steering stem are new as is the front wheel and levers. i have a whole bunch of plastics for it, almost all unused and sprayed in primer. bike has a hotbodies undertail exhaust, power commander, yoshi clutch and cams along with flush mounts and frame sliders. i dont have room for all of this stuff in my garage. price is wide open but per rules i am throwing 2000$ on it. trades for a 600 race bike considered.

How bad is it? Could a occasional trackday guy like me, buy it and ride trackdays with ot as the frame is, OR is it tweaked beyond riding it now?

GMD said they could not fix it, i would swap to another frame but i am no expert
