Here are more pics, including a shot of the damaged on the left cover. As you can see from the shot that is 5-10 feet away its almost impossible to see. Once you get closer it looks worse. I 100% believe that the dealer painted over it, because it was not there when I picked the bike up and I never dropped it. You can still see where the scratch was painted over.

Either way, here goes

Good price on the bike...I'm the New Chick Jim was referring to, not New Jackie haha. I'm pretty sure I'm buying a leftover 09 though, black and orange but this is definitely a sick bike and that "damage" isn't even something I would be concerned with. Good luck with the sale!
