I just had my bike measured but have one of these certs kicking around. Must be used by 12/31/2015 so I doubt I'll need it before then.

It's clearly labeled as sellable and transferrable.

I believe the measurement is $100, so if you've been thinking about getting one you can have it for $50 + the certificate.

Can be yours for $25 OBO.

Given the forum's interest in sand pails, I will throw in a new pail for $5 extra.
