found these measurement. no specific bikes. any comments?
- your front sag based upon your weight. It should be ~34mm-38mm (34-track 38-street).
- your rear sag based upon your weight. It should be ~26mm-32mm (26-track 32-street).

We just need to get a bunch of people together to do it.
You need 2 people + rider to do it right. Maybe 1 + rider if you have some stands or a wall to balance with.
There are articles all over the internet on how to do it.
