How'd it happen?

Appears to be an overuse injury. Scottie and I put in about 5 hours on the trails at my place a few weeks ago. I fell a few times that day but never where I thought I got hurt. I woke up the next day with my wrist in a lot of pain so I just took it easy and it got a bit better. Went riding 2 weekends later and it started hurting in a few minutes and wasn't ridable in less than an hour.

I think that when Scottie and I were riding I tweaked it, probably a few times, after I got tired. I rode through arm pump to the point of exhaustion and then rode some more. We were mostly doing technical stuff breaking in the new rock garden trail.

Sucks. At least the fap hand is still good to go.
Probably preaching to the choir, but do the PT.
I still limp every now and then from the ankle over a year ago. Mostly because I did not seek out PT help. And have now found my one-person PT shop has retired! A drag as she did wonders for my shoulder.
